Please do not include names, places, or any identifying details.
Avoid explicit, graphic, crisis-related, threatening, hateful, or harmful content.
Submissions are voluntary and anonymous.
By submitting an anonymous note, you grant permission for it to be shared within this website.
Submissions do not create a patient–provider relationship.

This platform is not therapy and does not provide clinical, psychiatric, or crisis support.
Content shared here is for reflective purposes only and does not represent the lived experiences of any identifiable individual.
Publication & Editing
Published notes must meet community guidelines.
Submissions may be lightly edited for clarity, length, tone, and anonymity.
Published reflections highlight shared themes rather than individual-specific experiences.

No personally identifiable information is collected, processed and stored.
Only message content is received and reviewed.
Submissions are selected for sharing during open submission window
with up to two anonymous notes published at a time.

Anonymous note submissions are not adapted into audio.
